Ownership
Small team, so nobody hands work off. You see a problem through from the ticket to the fix to the follow-up.
Clarity with customers
Most of our clients are not technical. Explaining what happened, plainly and without hedging, is the job as much as the fix is.
Curiosity about the stack
Networking, cloud, endpoint security, procurement — the range is wide and the people who do well here enjoy that.
Care about the details
Cyber Essentials, backup verification, patch windows. The unglamorous work is what keeps clients running.
