Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by Apaxon® Limited to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chain. Apaxon® Limited adopts a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to conducting business ethically and transparently.

About Apaxon® Limited

Apaxon® Limited is a UK-based IT solutions provider specialising in:

  • Commercial IT hardware supply
  • Computer components and networking equipment
  • IT support services
  • Cybersecurity solutions

We operate primarily within the United Kingdom and source products from established, authorised technology distributors and manufacturers.

Our Supply Chain

As a reseller of branded IT hardware, our supply chain consists primarily of:

  • Major global technology manufacturers
  • Authorised UK and EU-based distribution partners

We do not manufacture products directly.

We expect all supply chain partners to comply with applicable labour laws and modern slavery legislation within their respective jurisdictions.

Risk Assessment

Due to the nature of our business model:

  • We operate in the UK, a low-risk jurisdiction
  • We source from recognised technology brands and established distributors
  • We do not engage in direct overseas factory sourcing

The risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is considered low.

However, we recognise that global electronics supply chains can carry inherent risks, and we rely on our suppliers' own compliance frameworks and ethical standards.

Our Policies

Apaxon® Limited is committed to:

  • Conducting business with integrity
  • Complying with UK employment law
  • Paying fair wages in line with national minimum wage requirements
  • Avoiding any form of forced or involuntary labour

We reserve the right to review supplier relationships where credible concerns regarding labour practices arise.

Due Diligence

We undertake proportionate due diligence measures including:

  • Sourcing through reputable distribution channels
  • Maintaining documented supplier relationships
  • Reviewing publicly available compliance information where appropriate

We do not currently conduct direct overseas factory audits due to the nature and scale of our operations.

Reporting Concerns

Any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical labour practices may be reported to: 📧 info@apaxon.co.uk Reports will be reviewed and addressed appropriately. Retaliation against individuals raising concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
