For years, the relationship between a business and its IT provider has lived in email threads. A question here, an invoice attached there, a contract buried somewhere from eighteen months ago. It works, just about — but it's never been the clearest way to see what you're actually getting.

We wanted to change that. So we built the Apaxon Client Portal — one secure place to see everything we do for your business.

What it is

The portal is a private, secure space for each Apaxon client, accessible from any device with a single login. It pulls your services, agreements, support, projects and invoices together in one view — so the answer to "what's Apaxon doing for us, and where do things stand?" is always a click away, not a search through your inbox.

Why we built it

We support businesses across Manchester and beyond, and over time we kept hearing the same handful of questions. What exactly am I paying for each month? What's included in my plan, and what isn't? How's that project coming along? Where's my latest invoice?

Email is a poor place to answer those. The information exists, but it's scattered, and it goes stale the moment something changes. We wanted a single, always-current source of truth — somewhere you could check in for thirty seconds and know exactly where you stand. That's what the portal is. Less back-and-forth for you, more transparency from us, and a clearer working relationship for both sides.

Know exactly what you're covered for. Every service on your account is laid out plainly — what's included, what isn't, your start and renewal dates, and your signed agreements ready to view or download as a PDF whenever you need them.

Track your projects as they happen. See live progress on the work we're doing, read updates from our team, and comment directly on tasks. No more wondering where a project has got to.

Raise and follow support tickets. Log an issue and watch it move through to resolution — without having to chase anyone by phone or email.

Request a service in a click. Need an extra mailbox, a bit more cover, or something new? Ask straight from the portal and we'll pick it up from there.

See and pay your invoices. Check what's due, download a copy for your records, and pay securely online.

Manage your account, securely. Keep your contacts up to date and protect your login with two-factor authentication — the same security standard we'd recommend for any business system.
