Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
Returns require prior authorisation and a valid RMA reference.
Failure to report within these timeframes may affect eligibility for return or claim.

^[1] Life cycle assessments (LCA) are verified by an independent third-party to conform to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 and are used by HP to understand the total carbon footprint for HP printing and imaging devices and supplies (excluding paper). Using this data, along with the information unique to each customer, we calculate the total carbon emissions for a customer’s fleet. Data is third-party verified throughout the process and the HP Carbon Emissions Sync Service is certified to the Climate Impact Partners Protocol. HP’s Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) cover the full environmental impact of our products and supplies—excluding paper—across every stage of their lifecycle. This includes raw material extraction, manufacturing, transportation, and end-of-life.
