You can track your order at any time by logging into your MyApaxon account and navigating to After Sales Management > Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be available there.

All orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments. During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be affected by courier capacity. Orders are reviewed and processed continuously throughout the day. To qualify for next‑working‑day delivery, place your order before 17:30 (England & Wales) or before 16:00 (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland). Orders placed after these times will be processed the next working day.
