You can track your order at any time by logging into your MyApaxon account and navigating to After Sales Management > Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be available there.
All orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. If you’ve ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments. During peak periods such as Christmas, delivery times may be affected by courier capacity. Ordering from Apaxon is fast and secure. Simply add your products to the basket, proceed to checkout, and select from our available payment options including Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (coming soon). Orders can be placed 24/7 all year round.
Orders are reviewed and processed continuously throughout the day. To qualify for next‑working‑day delivery, place your order before 17:30 (England & Wales) or before 16:00 (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland). Orders placed after these times will be processed the next working day.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, and American Express. Available options may vary depending on your basket contents. For PayPal orders, we are only able to deliver to verified addresses for security purposes.
