You can track your order at any time by logging into your MyApaxon® account and navigating to After Sales Management > Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be available there.

When can I expect my delivery?

All orders are delivered within the estimated delivery window shown at checkout. If you've ordered multiple items, your order may arrive in separate shipments. Next-working-day delivery: order before 17:30 (England & Wales) or 16:00 (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland). Orders placed before 17:30 Friday are delivered Monday; orders placed after 17:30 Friday arrive Tuesday. Upgraded delivery options — pre-9:00, pre-10:30, pre-noon, special, and secure bulk — are available at additional cost. Instant digital delivery: software licences, subscriptions, warranties, insurance, and electronic copies are delivered the same day via email (typically within 24–72 hours), provided a valid email address is entered at checkout.

Ordering from Apaxon® is fast and secure. Simply add your products to the basket, proceed to checkout, and select from our available payment options including Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (coming soon). Orders can be placed 24/7 all year round.

To qualify for next‑working‑day delivery, place your order before 17:30 (England & Wales) or before 16:00 (Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Scotland). Orders placed after these times will be processed the next working day. Friday cut-off: orders placed before 17:30 Friday are delivered Monday. Orders placed after 17:30 Friday are delivered Tuesday.
