Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
Returns require prior authorisation and a valid RMA reference.
Failure to report within these timeframes may affect eligibility for return or claim.

The service enables partners to support end-user customers who have purchased the partners' own branded support services. HPE technical resources work remotely with your service resources to help resolve hardware and software problems with HPE products that you could not resolve after following standard HPE diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures. The service also provides the HPE partner with software updates for selected HPE-supported software products for each system, processor, processor core, or end-user software license, as allowed by HPE or the original manufacturer software license. In addition, the service provides you with electronic access to related product and support information, enabling you to locate this commercially available essential information.
