Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
