Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
Returns require prior authorisation and a valid RMA reference.
Failure to report within these timeframes may affect eligibility for return or claim.

Business Returns (B2B)

Business customers do not have an automatic right to return non-faulty goods.

Say goodbye to tracking serial numbers

Save time and the hassle of tracking serial numbers. A single Master Account ID can be used to track products across the entire Poly estate with automatic coverage as new Poly devices are added.^[3]

^[1] Products that are end of life/end of service cannot be covered under this agreement.
^[2] Partners can contact Poly to receive 24x7 response for their customer’s supported solution. Partners should use their customer’s Site ID instead of the product serial number when contacting Technical Support. Product serial number will only be required when requesting a hardware replacement.
^[3] All of the customer’s eligible Poly devices within a selected product category must be included under this Service. Selected categories include: Headsets/Personal devices only, Video only, or Voice only. More than one category can be selected on condition at least one product category eligibility threshold is met. Immersive Telepresence (ITP), Poly Medialign, vertical solutions (e.g., Poly Telehealth Station or EduCart) and Infrastructure products require quoting – under the standard offers or custom quote. Products that are end of life/end of service cannot be covered under this agreement.
