Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
Returns require prior authorisation and a valid RMA reference.
Failure to report within these timeframes may affect eligibility for return or claim.

Business customers do not have an automatic right to return non-faulty goods.

Poly will provide advance replacement^[1] for any failed hardware component covered under Elite. If Poly’s technical support representative determines that a replacement part is required to resolve an issue, a replacement part will be shipped by Poly with all freight charges paid for next business day delivery using an expedited carrier service.
