Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Transit damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Visible defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Hidden faults must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
Returns require prior authorisation and a valid RMA reference.
Failure to report within these timeframes may affect eligibility for return or claim.

Business Returns (B2B)

Business customers do not have an automatic right to return non-faulty goods.

24x7 help for your Poly ITP solution

With a region-specific telephone number^[2] you'll access 24x7 support for your customers' supported Poly immersive telepresence solution − assisting with diagnosing, configuring, and troubleshooting the Poly products covered by this service.

^[1] It is strongly recommended that the Partner pro-actively provide Poly technical support staff with remote access to all Poly Products covered by this Service. Such remote access allows Poly to more quickly resolve issues.

^[4] Replacement parts supplied by Poly will be either new parts or parts equivalent in performance to new parts when used with the Poly product and are warranted for 90 days from shipment. Parts removed from Poly products for replacement will become the property of Poly and must be received back to the local Poly service facility (to the location listed on the pre-addressed return package provided by Poly, if applicable) within 10 business days of receipt of the replacement part, or the customer will be invoiced at Poly’s then-current list price for the Poly product or component as published in Poly’s price book.
• All CRT, LCD, and plasma displays require 2-7 Business Days for replacement through the Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process, depending on the customer location.
• Tabletops, lights, and furniture items are covered during the first year following the date of the original installation. If any of these items are determined to be defective due to incorrect installation or workmanship, Poly will replace them during the first year. It may require up to 6 weeks to acquire and transport items to the customer site.
• Consumable items, such as batteries, lamps, bulbs, and lights, are the responsibility of the customer. These items must be purchased by the customer and are not eligible for advance replacement or RMA.
