Returns & refunds

Your rights depend on whether you bought as a consumer or as a business. You're buying as a business if you buy for business use, for resale, or on behalf of a company.

Returns are requested in MyApaxon. Please don't send anything back until your return has been approved.

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. Reporting problems quickly protects your right to a return, credit or claim.

We'll email you when your return is approved or declined. You can also see its status in MyApaxon under Orders & Finance > Returns .

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms depend on the product and brand.
