Getting Your VAT Invoice
When your payment is taken, we email your VAT invoice as a PDF attachment. The email subject is "Your Invoice [invoice number] for Order [order number]". The invoice is also your receipt.
Using a Voucher Code
If you have a voucher code, enter it on the order review page before you pay.
If Your Payment Doesn't Go Through
Your order is still saved. Choose Try Again to pay again, or use a different card or payment method. We also email you if a payment doesn't go through.
