Delivery Options, Prices and Times
You choose a delivery option at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20%.
Free Delivery
Orders to UK addresses get free delivery when the goods come to more than £100 excluding VAT .
Licences, Warranties and Digital Products
Software licences, subscriptions, warranty and care packs, and other digital products aren't posted. They're delivered by email.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is dispatched we email you the courier, tracking number and a tracking link. If we have an estimated delivery date before dispatch, we email that too. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received it.
