Software licences, subscriptions, warranty and care packs, and other digital products aren't posted. They're delivered by email.

• No delivery charge applies to a basket that only contains digital products, and you don't need to choose a delivery option.
• Some vendor products ask for details at checkout, such as an organisation ID, tenant ID or domain name, so the licence can be registered to you.
• Digital products are fulfilled by the vendor, usually within 24 to 48 hours on working days.

Please make sure your email address is correct at checkout. Licences and activation keys can't be returned once supplied, unless faulty.
