Getting Your VAT Invoice
By email
When your payment is taken, we email your VAT invoice as a PDF attachment. The email subject is "Your Invoice [invoice number] for Order [order number]". The invoice is also your receipt.
In MyApaxon
- Sign in at portal.apaxon.co.uk.
- Go to Orders & Finance > Invoices.
- Choose Preview to view an invoice, or Download PDF to save it.
You can also choose Export CSV to download a list of your invoices.
What's on the invoice
Your invoice shows the items, delivery, any voucher discount, VAT and the total, with our company number (09784429) and VAT number (GB383 9183 59).
If an invoice shows "PDF not yet available", contact support@apaxon.co.uk and we'll send you a copy.
