Downloading Invoices or Receipts

As a business-to-business (B2B) platform, we understand the importance of having access to your order invoices and receipts for accounting and record-keeping purposes.

Where to Find Your Invoices

All invoices are available to download through your MyApaxon account. Once logged in, navigate to MyApaxon > Invoices to view a list of your recent transactions.

How to Download

To download a copy of your invoice or receipt:

  1. Log in to your MyApaxon account.
  2. Go to Invoices from the main menu.
  3. Select the relevant order.
  4. Click on Download Invoice to save or print your receipt.
