How Do I Return an Item I Bought on Apaxon?

Return Eligibility and Timeframes

You can request a return for eligible items purchased on Apaxon within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition to qualify. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within seven (7) days of receipt with clear supporting details and photos where applicable.

Steps to Request a Return

  1. Log in to your Apaxon account.
  2. Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on Request Return and fill out the form with the reason for return.
  4. Upload any supporting images if reporting a defect.
  5. Submit your request and wait for confirmation with an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.

Return Shipping

Once approved, you will receive return instructions including where to send the item. Unless otherwise specified, you are responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is securely packaged. Please return all items Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the address provided in your RMA email.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Items that arrive damaged, incomplete, or outside return conditions may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software and digital licences
  • Custom-configured or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorised modification
