Your rights depend on whether you bought as a consumer or as a business. You're buying as a business if you buy for business use, for resale, or on behalf of a company.

If you bought as a consumer

• You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Tell us clearly in writing.
• You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
• Goods must be unused beyond what's needed to inspect them, complete, in their original packaging and in a condition we can resell.
• You pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty or not what you ordered. We don't provide prepaid labels for change-of-mind returns.
• We may make a deduction if the goods were handled more than was needed to inspect them.

If you bought as a business

• There's no automatic right to return goods that aren't faulty.
• A return needs our written approval and our distributor's authorisation first.
• A restocking fee usually applies, typically 15% to 25%.
• The original delivery charge isn't refunded, and you pay for return postage unless we agree otherwise in writing.
