How to Start a Return

If you need to return a product, it’s important to follow the correct steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Please read the return conditions carefully to confirm your item qualifies for return.

Inspection and Notification of Defects

All goods must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, packaging defects, or quantity issues, you must report them to us within seven (7) days of receipt. For hidden or latent defects, the same seven (7) day notice period applies from the date of discovery.

When reporting defects, please provide detailed information and, where possible, include photographs. Failure to notify us within these timeframes may affect your eligibility for return or warranty support.

Getting Return Authorisation

Before returning any product, you must obtain authorisation from Apaxon. Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) reference along with return instructions.

Returns without authorisation or those lacking the RMA label may be refused. Unless otherwise agreed, all returns must be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the address specified by Apaxon. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are received at our premises.

Defective and Faulty Goods

Apaxon acts as a distributor, not a manufacturer. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is passed through to you, and we will assist with your warranty claim.

Repairs, replacements, or credits for faulty items are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms. Returned products may be tested, and if no fault is found, inspection or service charges may apply.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be complete and securely packaged.
  • Non-faulty goods must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • All returns must be received within fourteen (14) days from RMA issuance.
  • Products failing inspection or arriving damaged may be rejected or incur restocking fees.
  • Software licences, digital goods, activation keys, and special-order items are non-returnable once supplied.

Warranty Period

Unless otherwise stated, all goods are warranted to conform to agreed specifications at the time of delivery. The standard warranty period is twelve (12) months from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Apaxon’s warranty liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
