Returns are requested in MyApaxon. Please don't send anything back until your return has been approved.

Request the return

1. Sign in at portal.apaxon.co.uk.
2. Go to Orders & Finance > Order Tracking and open the order.
3. Choose Start a return. This appears once the order is paid and delivered.
4. Select the items you want to return.
5. Choose each item's condition: sealed, opened, damaged or faulty.
6. Upload at least one photo, unless the item is still sealed. Photos can be PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 8MB.
7. Explain the reason for the return, confirm you've read the returns policy, and submit.

You'll get a case number starting RC- and a confirmation email. You can follow the case under Orders & Finance > Returns. One return can be open per order at a time.

After you submit

We check eligibility. For business returns we also need approval from our distributor. When the return is approved we email you the instructions and where to send the goods.

• Goods must be sent carriage paid to the address we give you.
• Goods returned without approval may be refused and sent back at your cost.
• The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
