Items That Can't Be Returned
Unless they're faulty, these items can't be returned:
- software licences, activation keys and downloads
- special-order or non-standard items ordered for you
- consumables that have been opened
- items that are damaged, incomplete or not in a resaleable condition
- items sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken
- end-of-life products
