Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- We refund once the goods have been received, inspected and approved. Where our distributor has to approve the return, we refund once they confirm.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 working days of approval.
- If you're a consumer cancelling within your 14 days, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
We'll email you when your return is approved or declined. You can also see its status in MyApaxon under Orders & Finance > Returns.
