We work with leading UK couriers who strive to deliver orders reliably and on schedule. However, once your parcel leaves our warehouse, delays may occur due to factors such as weather, traffic incidents, or network disruptions within the courier system.
What Happens if My Delivery is Delayed?
If your order has not arrived as expected, we recommend checking the tracking link provided after 17:30 on the day of your order. This will give you the most up-to-date information from the courier.
You can find your tracking details by logging into MyApaxon and going to After Sales Management > Order Tracking.

Although courier delays are outside of our control, our team is here to help. If you experience an issue, please contact our customer support team. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To help avoid delays, please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, and that someone is available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery.
