Tracking Your Order

Once you’ve placed an order, tracking your delivery is easy. We provide all the details you need to stay updated on your parcel’s journey.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Information?

Your tracking link will be available after 17:30 on the same day your order is placed.

This applies to all physical product orders placed before the cut-off times for same-day dispatch.

Where Can I View My Tracking?

You can view your tracking status anytime by logging into your account:

  • Go to MyApaxon
  • Select Orders & Invoices
  • Click on Order Tracking

All tracking links and updates will be available from this section.

Email Notifications

We’ll also send you an email with your tracking link and delivery information as soon as it becomes available.

Please check your inbox (and junk or spam folder) for this email after 17:30 on the day of your order.
