If you have a voucher code, enter it on the order review page before you pay.

How to apply a code

1. On the order review page, type the code into Voucher Code. Upper or lower case both work.
2. Choose Apply.
3. The discount appears as a separate line and your total updates.

To use a different code, choose Remove and enter the new one. One code can be used per order.

How the discount works

• The discount is taken off the goods, excluding VAT. It doesn't apply to delivery.
• VAT is then charged on the discounted total.
• Free delivery is based on your goods total after the discount.

If a code doesn't work

A message explains why, for example that the code has expired, has been fully used, needs a minimum spend, or has already been used on your account.
