Returns Policy

Business & Consumer Purchases

Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Nothing in this policy affects statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The Dell networking 10GBase SFP+ transceiver provides 10GbE connectivity. Additionally, it provides a unique enhanced digital diagnostic monitoring interface, which allows real-time access to device operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser bias current, transmitted optical power, received optical power, and transceiver supply voltage.
