How prices are shown

Prices in the store are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown excluding VAT. Product pages also show the price including VAT underneath.

VAT

VAT is charged at 20%. It applies to the goods and to delivery, and is shown as a separate line in your basket, at checkout and on your invoice.

The price you pay

You pay the price shown when you place your order. If a price has changed since you added the item to your basket, the review page shows the current price before you pay.

Discounts

Our store prices are the prices we charge. From time to time we issue voucher codes, which you can enter on the review page. See Using a voucher code.

Larger orders and projects

For volume purchases, bespoke configurations or projects, ask us for a quote. See Requesting a quote.

Genuine, new products

Everything we sell is brand new. We don't sell used, refurbished or reconditioned items.
