Orders placed for business use, resale, or onward supply are treated as Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. B2B sales do not carry an automatic right of cancellation.

Consumer Cancellation (B2C Only)

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be unused beyond reasonable inspection and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are not provided for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

Faults & Delivery Issues

Simplify carbon reporting [4] with clear, measurable metrics—easily estimate, validate, and document device emissions to gain transparency into the impact of your HP technology investments.

^[2] There are two offset options available: HP’s Carbon Emissions Sync to the Door option covers carbon offsetting of material extraction, component and product manufacturing, and product logistics. HP’s Lifecycle option includes everything in the Carbon Emissions Sync to the Door service, plus device usage emissions over a four-year lifecycle for commercial HP notebooks and mobile workstations, and a five-year lifecycle for commercial HP desktops, displays, and workstations, including end-of-service for eligible new and refurbished devices... First-life emissions are explicitly excluded.
^[3] Lifecycle assessments (LCA) are validated by a third-party to conform to ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 and are used by HP to understand the total carbon footprint for HP personal systems products. Using this data, along with the information unique to each customer (e.g., product ship-to location, product portfolio), we estimate the total carbon emissions for a customer’s fleet. HP prepurchase and retires carbon offsets, procured through Climate Impact Partners who certifies HP’s Carbon Emissions Sync Services in accordance with its Climate Impact Partners Protocol Please review this document for article 12 details.
