How to Place an Order

Ordering a product through our store is a smooth and secure process designed to get your items to you quickly and efficiently. Follow the steps below to complete your purchase:

1. Search and Select a Product

Begin by browsing or using the search bar to find the product you want. Once you've found it, click on the product to view its details, specifications, and images.

2. Add to Basket

When you're ready to purchase, click the Add to Basket button. This will place the item in your virtual shopping basket.

3. View Your Basket

After adding your product(s), navigate to the Basket page. Here you can review your selected items, update quantities, or remove any unwanted products.

4. Proceed to Checkout

Once you're happy with your basket, click Checkout. You'll be taken to the shipping page to begin the order process.

5. Enter Shipping Information

Select your preferred shipping option such as Next Day Delivery. Then fill out your delivery information including:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Shipping Address

6. Review Your Order

Before finalising your order, you'll be taken to the Review Page. Here, you can double-check all details — products, pricing, shipping method, and contact information.

7. Place Your Order

Click on Place Order to proceed to the secure payment screen. Enter your card details to complete the transaction. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order summary and tracking details (if applicable).
